Refund policy

We aim for your complete satisfaction with your purchase. You have the option to exchange all eligible unused or unopened products within 14 days from the day you received your order.

However, please note that liquid products such as adhesive, primers, bonders, and cream-based products cannot be returned.

For exchanges, store credits will be issued once the items are received and inspected. It's important to note that shipping and Shipping Protection costs are non-refundable.

Additionally, Soulistic Artistry will not cover the shipping return costs for unused or unopened products. If your product arrives damaged, please reach out to info@soulisticartistry.net and we will work towards a resolution.
